Victorian English Basement

The client came to us with a house that was set up to be two units, but the basement unit was not up to code. We demolished the existing basement, helped our client pull permits, poured new concrete to level the floor, and rebuilt the apartment into a fully legal two bedroom unit. The apartment has modern finishes like polished concrete and newly repointed exposed brick, and old time charm, with penny tile in the bathroom, vintage lighting fixtures and a barn door from Community Forklift.
